We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Specialist to support our Influencer & Social Media Marketing Manager. In this role, you will assist in managing influencer partnerships, coordinating campaigns, and creating engaging content for our digital channels. REQUIREMENTS

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or influencer marketing, ideally in the beauty industry.
• Proven track record of managing social media accounts and executing influencer marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital trends, audience behaviors, and platform-specific best practices.
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Creative thinker with an eye for aesthetics and the ability to develop engaging content.
• Passion for the beauty industry and influencer marketing, with a proactive, results-driven approach.

ROLE DETAILS:

• Salary Range: $60k – $85k + super
• Reporting to: Ally Phillips, Hamish Buckley, Blair James, Nick Towns
• Working Closely with: Influencer & Social Media Marketing Manager
• Team Size: 4
• Location: Hybrid (3 days in-office per week)
• Department: Marketing
• Work Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM
