WHO WE NEED:

We are looking for a highly communicable and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to act as the primary point of contact between our internal teams and the marketing agency. This role involves coordinating marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with company goals, and tracking the execution of campaigns. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, proactive in following up on deliverables, and comfortable analyzing marketing data to support decision-making.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing or a related role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing software, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creativity and a passion for marketing.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main liaison between the company and the marketing agency, facilitating clear communication and ensuring marketing activities are executed smoothly.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to understand company needs and translate them into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Communicate marketing requirements to the agency and oversee the execution of social media, paid ads, influencer marketing, and website management.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing data and performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and provide insights for optimization.
  • Oversee and optimize the company’s own SEO strategy, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content recommendations.
  • Manage and execute social media posting and engagement, ensuring brand consistency and audience growth across platforms.
  • Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, including promotional activities, seasonal campaigns, and content marketing efforts.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing activities and align messaging with company goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and recommend improvements to enhance marketing strategies.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure resources are allocated effectively.
