Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of marketing plans and activities (campaigns, digital marketing, product launches) aligned with the Hiab Services marketing strategy and roadmap, to various target audiences and across different channels and segments
  • Take ownership of developing marketing concepts and plans for new product and brand launches, collaborating closely with the Marketing Manager
  • Lead the creation and coordination of marketing assets such as presentations, videos, advertisements, and campaign materials, with input from relevant stakeholders
  • Create content for digital marketing, customer lifecycle journeys and social media activities
  • Support developing content for external communications, such as press releases or investor presentations and internal communications (e.g. intranet, newsletters)
  • Provide marketing support for Services or Hiab-level initiatives as agreed
  • Maintain Hiab Services global content and support local content on Hiab.com
  • Maintain Services Marketing Portfolio and assets in tools / platforms (e.g. PicturePark, Showell) ensuring up-to-date content and internal adoption
  • Manage the Services Social Media content calendar, in close collaboration with the Marketing Manager. Maintain a regular publishing rhythm in the prioritized channels
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Business Development and CSCs to understand customer and market insights and business targets to support marketing plans and activities
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies
  • Coordinate marketing projects and activities with external partners
  • Plan and track allocated marketing budgets
  • Periodical travel for meetings, events, etc. can be expected both domestically and internationally.
