Description Position Summary HistoryMaker Homes is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support our Sales and Marketing teams as well as executive leadership through the execution of marketing initiatives that drive lead volume and brand authority. This role is ideal for a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and is eager to learn and adapt within the homebuilding industry. The Marketing Specialist plays a critical role in improving marketing processes through efficiency, supporting community-level sales efforts, and ensuring seamless coordination and communication between teams. Requirements Key Responsibilities Sales & Marketing Support Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and community launches Coordinate marketing materials including signage, collateral, digital assets, and advertising placements Manage marketing collateral and ensuring all materials align with brand standards Update and maintain website content, community information, and inventory listings Coordinate with photography vendors to obtain and upload photos, videos, and virtual tours Maintain accurate records, schedules, and marketing calendars Administrative & Executive Support Support marketing and sales teams with administrative needs, reporting, and marketing requests Provide administrative assistance to executive leadership as needed Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documentation Manage calendars, meeting coordination, and follow-up action items Support cross-functional communication between sales, marketing, and leadership Marketing Execution & Coordination Help manage vendor communications, invoices, and orders Assist with website updates, email campaigns, and digital/field marketing initiatives Track marketing performance metrics and compile reports Ensure brand standards and messaging are consistently followed Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field and/or 1–2 years of relevant marketing experience Homebuilding or real estate experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Monday.com, and other marketing software Strong organizational and time-management skills High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities Experience in graphic design is a plus Ability to work in office on a regular schedule with reliable transportation Ideal Candidate Traits Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability Demonstrates initiative and a proactive mindset Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team Fast learner with a willingness to follow instructions and processes Professional, reliable, and adaptable in a dynamic environment
