Marketing Specialist Experience Required: 2-4 years Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, or a similar major Join us as we continue sharing Hogan’s story in our proposals and interview presentations! The successful candidate will take initiative, communicate proactively, take direction effectively, take ownership of their assignments, and possess strong time and project management skills. The marketing specialist will be an integral member of the team, working directly with our other marketing specialist to lead and coordinate Hogan’s pursuits. Responsibilities include the following: LEADING PROPOSALS & INTERVIEWS • Lead and coordinate proposals and interviews, assigned by the other marketing specialist • Coordinate proposal content collection with Hogan’s project teams • Lead proposal kick-off, review, and interview prep meetings • Create firm experience leave behinds • Design proposals utilizing the Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe InDesign • Meet with our project teams and design winning interview presentations in Adobe InDesign COLLECTING & SHARING PROJECT INFORMATION • Interview Hogan’s project teams and architects to collect information about our projects and write compelling case studies, project descriptions, management plans, and other project content • Have a strategic mindset focused on what will set Hogan apart to write project-specific proposal content PROPOSAL CLOSE-OUT AND INFORMATION LOGGING • Regularly audit and update proposal graphics and content • Submit GRAMA requests and log competitor data • Catalog proposal content in Monday.com, Hogan’s marketing database REQUIRED SKILLS • 2-4 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally in the AEC industry • Understanding of A/E/C industry terminology and delivery methods • Excellent communication skills • Clear, cohesive, and compelling writing skills • Successfully prioritize and manage multiple projects with differing timelines • Effectively collaborates, maintains a positive attitude, and performs well in a team environment • Strong graphic design abilities • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign • Excellent organizational skills, persistence, and the ability to prioritize • Strong attention to detail to ensure projects are completed accurately • Willing to work reasonable overtime to ensure deadlines are met • Tenacious and takes the initiative to complete projects • Listens to and follows directions to execute projects autonomously PERKS OF JOINING HOGAN Hogan’s marketing team prioritizes learning and personal and professional development.
