Calendar and marketing budget Collaborates with the direct manager for the realization of the annual marketing calendar and budget according to the instructions received from the HOYA headquarters Plans, records the costs related to marketing actions and sends them to the Finance Department Review the monthly marketing budget and check together with the Finance Department the records of marketing costs Contributes to the implementation of the marketing plan established at the company level Product launches: Provides support to the direct manager to evaluate the budget and schedule for launching new products Coordinates, together with the team, the selection and execution process of the adaptation of communication materials for the launch of new products (B2B Information, B2B Brochures, B2Bb2C Flyers, B2B2C Posters, etc.) Manages the implementation of actions in the online environment together with the media and advertising agencies approved by the company, sets the objectives of the campaigns, analyzes the results of the campaigns Selection of partners for the creation of the mailing list Global and local HOYA campaigns: Provides support to direct manager to evaluate the budget and schedule for HOYA campaigns, according to instructions received from HOYA headquarters Establishes together with the direct manager the mechanisms of HOYA campaigns and validates them together with the General Manager and the Commercial Department Organises the mailing activity in order to inform HOYA partners about the campaigns Sets the marketing campaigns in the company's CRM platform Manages the implementation of actions in the online environment together with the media and advertising agencies approved by the company, sets the objectives of the campaigns, analyzes the results of the campaigns Collaborates with the sales team in order to obtain feedback on promotions and launched products. Corporate event management: Plan and establish the calendar and budget together with the direct manager for the company's events involving HOYA partners Requests price offers to the agencies approved by the company and validates the costs referring to the planned budget related to the events Coordinates the activities of preparation and development of events Establishes and manages the communication and promotional materials necessary for the events Communicates with HOYA partners the information and details of the events Collects and centralizes the feedback from partners, after the events. Communication: Manages and implements the company's social media strategy Coordination of online promotion actions Other activities: Implements the local loyalty projects for HOYA partners Updates the current set of rules for the distribution of the POS Communicates with suppliers approved by the company and organizes the delivery of gifts to HOYA partners Provides support and training on the use of the company's CRM platform for team members Fill in the various reports requested by HOYA headquarters Participates actively in solving team tasks
