Description

Hunter Contracting Co.’s creative and consistently busy marketing group is looking for a driven full-time Marketing Specialist who thrives in a collaborative environment as part of a team dedicated to the win! We focus on producing successful proposals and award submittals and developing strong interview teams that contribute to the company’s bottom line and project backlog. Marketing has a distinct purpose within the organization to gain an architectural/engineering/construction (A/E/C) industry experienced team member with a diverse skill set and aptitude for writing, graphic design, organization, inspiring people, and driving results!

WORK QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (preferred).
  • 6+ years of professional experience in marketing coordination, proposal development, or graphic design, preferably within the A/E/C (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) required. Prezi and Canva experience are a plus.
  • Video editing is a plus
  • Experience in social media content creation and website administration is a plus.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to write, edit, and design engaging content.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Creative design skills with attention to detail and an eye for branding consistency.
  • Proactive problem-solver who works well independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of modern marketing techniques, including digital campaigns and social media.

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to work in a professional office setting using computers, phones, andstandard equipment.
  • Close visual acuity required for reviewing data, graphics, and written content.
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, lift 10 lbs. or more, and perform repetitive tasks as needed.
