Marketing Specialist Hyper (f/m/d) (100 %)

YOUR IDEAL PROFILE:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing in a hyper environment
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • English and Italian at fluent level
  • Works well under pressure, with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of consumer and retail marketing (with specific focus on Hyper/FMCG)
  • Adept with numbers – budget management, calculating ROI, etc
  • Good knowledge of Excel (must have), PowerPoint (must have)
  • Ability to build strong, meaningful internal & external relationships
  • A dynamic person, available to travel when requested

Responsibilities
  • Maintain strong internal relationships with Sales, Product and Global teams to ensure marketing plans are supported, commercial, relevant, and aligned to sales and marketing objectives
  • Work together with sales, product and marketing teams to sell in new products, concepts & campaigns (inc. development of tools, trade shows, events and internal meetings)
  • Run seasonal sell in analysis to understand product distribution across hyper environment
  • Build localized B2C marketing plans for key hyper accounts across Italy with a focus on maintaining ‘on brand’ presence in stores and maximising sell thru
  • Develop localized hyper relevant assets (such as innovative promotional islands, etc.) ensuring consistency with the central brand guidelines
  • Support a simple B2C marketing approach in lower-level hyper accounts (in store props, POS, shelf barkers or temporary fixtures) delivered seasonally to support in store sell thru
  • Management of vendors information / new vendor creation
  • Processing and recording invoices in a timely and accurate way
  • Be the guardian of POS materials in regard to creation, maintenance, logistics, and stock control to deliver best-in-class service
