Responsibilities Own end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for the business line Develop targeted campaigns aligned to sales and revenue goals Partner closely with sales, product, and leadership to support launches and growth initiatives Improve customer segmentation, messaging, and content relevance Track and optimize performance using clear KPIs (leads, pipeline, conversion, ROI) Qualifications Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) 2–4 years of experience in a marketing role supporting campaigns, programs, or go-to-market initiatives Hands-on experience executing marketing tactics such as email campaigns, content creation, events, digital marketing, or social media Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and brand consistency Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, or operations Basic understanding of marketing performance metrics and reporting (e.g., leads, engagement, conversion) Proficiency with common marketing tools and platforms (CRM, email, CMS, or project management tools) Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting a specific product, service, or business line Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Monday.com or similar) Experience coordinating with external vendors or agencies Exposure to demand generation, field marketing, or digital marketing campaigns Experience working in a B2B environment or growth-oriented organization Key Attributes for Success Highly organized with a strong execution mindset Willingness to learn and grow into increased responsibility Collaborative and responsive to sales and business partner needs Detail-oriented while able to see the bigger picture Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working with shifting priorities Note to third-party recruiters: IDEMIA Public Security does not work with third-party recruiters absent a signed agreement and will treat any resumes submitted without a signed agreement as the property of IDEMIA Public Security.
