We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Specialist who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and help bring our campaigns to life. This role is perfect for someone who loves variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys both creative work and detailed execution. You’ll contribute across copywriting, email marketing, social media, campaign coordination, and cross-functional collaboration. No two days will look exactly the same — and that’s part of the fun. You’ll report to the Marketing Manager and work closely with the broader marketing team and leaders across the organization to help ensure our messaging is clear, compelling, and aligned. What Drives Us Our Core Values aren’t just words on a wall — they guide everything we do and who we hire: Commitment to Excellence Commitment to Customer Service Solutions-Focused Thinking Teamwork and Collaboration Taking Ownership What You Will Do Write and refine compelling copy for website pages, emails, social media, product updates, and campaign materials Help shape messaging for new features, releases, and marketing initiatives in partnership with Product and other departments Build, test, and deploy marketing emails within our CRM/automation platform Coordinate and maintain the social media calendar and support the overall campaign calendar Contribute creative ideas to elevate our social presence and grow engagement Draft marketing briefs to support campaign and creative execution Collaborate cross-functionally to understand updates, gather information, and ensure marketing is accurate and aligned Assist with proofreading and reviewing marketing assets before launch to ensure clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency Support campaign reporting and help track performance metrics What You Bring 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or related roles B2B SaaS experience strongly preferred, but not required Experience in the children’s activity industry (gymnastics, swim, dance, cheer, etc.) is a big plus Experience with social media content creation and email marketing Strong writing skills with attention to detail and brand voice Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills A proactive, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude and eagerness to contribute wherever needed What We Bring We believe in taking care of our people.
