Job Description Plan, organize, and execute local store events that drive footfall and create memorable customer experiences Adapt global and national campaigns to make them locally relevant and engaging Collaborate with other functions to ensure seamless execution Lead and support internal engagement activities that strengthen IKEA culture and togetherness Communicate clearly with coworkers before, during, and after events to ensure alignment and excitement Follow up on events by tracking results, gathering feedback, and identifying improvements Work in a cost-conscious way, maximizing available resources and staying within budget Qualifications You have a passion for people, home furnishing, and creating experiences You are creative and hands-on, always finding simple ways to make big impact You are a strong communicator and collaborator, able to engage and influence others You are organized and structured, able to manage multiple activities at the same time You are customer-focused, understanding local needs and turning them into actions You live the IKEA values and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment Additional Information This role requires flexibility in work hours, work schedule is approximately 25 hours per week on the average, depending on store operational requirements.
