Description

We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Specialist with 3–5 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 2 years in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in digital marketing, IT systems/ERP, online marketing strategies, organising, and graphic design.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3–5 years of professional marketing experience, with at least 2 years in the UAE.
  • Proven experience with IT systems/ERP and digital marketing tools.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
  • Good understanding of Google Ads, SEO, and content marketing strategies.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience in shipping, logistics, or trading industries is an advantage.
  • Exposure to GCC and/or African markets is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns (email, social media, SEO, PPC) to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Create and design engaging content for social media, websites, digital ads, and other marketing materials.
  • Maintain and update ERP-driven marketing databases, CRM systems, and reporting dashboards.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Organise and manage marketing events, product launches, and promotional activities.
  • Research market trends and propose innovative strategies to enhance our online presence.
