SUMMARY

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, executing, and monitoring marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive business growth. This role involves managing social media accounts, creating and maintaining web content, executing email marketing campaigns, coordinating influencer partnerships, and supporting local event activities. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, email marketing tools, and content management systems (CMS).
  • Experience with influencer outreach and relationship management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel locally for events as needed.

  13. Influencer Marketing
  14. Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers, bloggers, and brand ambassadors.
  15. Negotiate and manage influencer agreements and campaign deliverables.
