POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Marketing Specialist at Insight Property Finance is responsible for designing and executing marketing strategies that drive client engagement, promote mortgage and finance products and support business growth. This role involves understanding the property finance market, generating leads, and enhancing the company’s brand visibility to attract borrowers, investors, and partners.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree
  • 2 years’ experience in marketing
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, marketing automation, SEO, SEM, and social media platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in lead generation and conversion metrics
  • Excellent communication skills for preparing client-focused materials and presentations

Responsibilities
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis:

Conduct market research on mortgage products, lending trends, and competitor offerings. Analyse property finance market trends to identify opportunities for product promotion and client acquisition.

  • Client Acquisition Strategies:

Develop targeted marketing campaigns to attract new clients seeking mortgage broking services. Utilise data insights to identify high-potential client segments, including first-home buyers, property investors, and refinancing clients.

  • Digital Marketing & Lead Generation:

Plan and implement digital campaigns, including social media, email marketing, Google Ads, and SEO, to generate mortgage leads. Track campaign performance and optimise for maximum engagement and conversion.

  • Content Development & Brand Promotion:

Produce content such as blog posts, newsletters, and guides tailored to property financing, home loans, and investment strategies. Ensure messaging is compliant with financial regulations while building trust and authority in the market.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with mortgage brokers, finance specialists, and external partners to align marketing efforts with business goals. Support the sales team with marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional materials.

  • Event & Seminar Management:

Organise and promote property finance seminars, webinars, and community engagement events to educate clients and generate leads. Manage event logistics, marketing materials, and post-event follow-up.

  • Budget & Performance Management:

Develop and monitor marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective campaigns. Report on lead generation, client conversion, and campaign ROI, providing recommendations for improvement.

  • Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns comply with financial services and mortgage broking regulations, including ASIC guidelines and industry best practices.
