What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga The Marketing Specialist – Insurance and Finance is a dynamic role responsible for supporting a diverse portfolio of products, including AA Life, Health, Travel, and Pet Insurance, as well as AA Money. This position requires a high level of adaptability to deliver strategic, data-driven, and direct marketing campaigns across multiple brands. The role leverages customer insights and performance data to optimise marketing outcomes, while contributing to the development and execution of campaign assets and creative. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, the Marketing Specialist ensures the delivery of targeted, effective marketing initiatives. Key responsibilities also include budget management, performance reporting, and ongoing analysis of market trends to inform and enhance campaign effectiveness. About You | Mōu You’re a performance-focused marketing professional, experienced in managing multi-channel campaigns who uses data and insights to drive effective decision-making. You'll have strong communication and presentation skills, be highly organised, and excel at building relationships across teams. A background in marketing with relevant qualifications and experience within the New Zealand business environment is essential. You’ll be self-motivated, adaptable, and focused on delivering measurable results, thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced setting while collaborating closely with others to achieve business goals.
