Academies Australasia is a leading education group with 117 years of history with 17 colleges in Australia and one in Singapore. We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join the marketing team in Perth. In this role, you will develop and coordinate innovative advertising campaigns, identify new market opportunities, and establish strategic partnerships in Latin America. The role requires travel interstate and overseas to represent our colleges at industry events and make a direct impact on student recruitment and enrolments.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Develop and implement annual marketing strategies to meet student recruitment targets for Latin America.
• Design advertising and digital campaigns to boost brand awareness.
• Identify and develop new markets and partnerships in Latin America.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment representatives and education partners.
• Manage representative selection, training, and performance.
• Promote colleges at recruitment fairs, events, and functions.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and provide strategic insights specially for the Latin American market.
• Ensure marketing activities comply with the ESOS Act, National Code, and other regulatory requirements.
