The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled full-time Marketing Specialist to manage our online presence, create compelling content, and execute marketing campaigns. This role is perfect for someone who loves storytelling, digital marketing, and staying ahead of trends.

Tasks in this role include:

• Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and copywriting
• Manage and schedule posts using social media management tools
• Monitor and analyse performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (email marketing, paid ads, SEO, etc.)
• Engage with our online community, respond to messages, and build brand loyalty
• Develop and implement sales strategies to generate leads and increase revenue
• Create and distribute newsletters to keep customers engaged and informed
• Conduct market research to ensure we remain competitively priced
• Collaborate with the team to align marketing efforts with business goals

Skills and Experience Required:

• Minimum 4 years relevant work experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role
• Must hold a degree in marketing or a related field 
• Strong content creation skills (graphic design, video editing, copywriting)
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, or similar tools
• Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and social media analytics
• Excellent communication and creative thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
