With campuses in Akron, Brecksville, Lyndhurst and Westlake, Julie Billiart Schools offer unique learning environments for students with autism, ADD/ADHD, dyslexia and social learning challenges. Support the strategic marketing and communications plan to advance our mission with clarity, consistency, and intention with the goal of increasing enrollment, retention and stakeholder engagement Increase brand footprint to highlight excellence and impact of Julie Billiart Schools Develop, execute and track progressive content plan which includes but is not limited to social media, newsletters, video and graphics, and other materials Manage www.juliebilliartschool.org website to keep content up to date with clear, consistent information for all audiences, including prospective families, current families, providers, and donors Develop and create marketing materials as needed Collect and translate analytics into actionable activities to enhance the effectiveness of JB marketing and engagement strategies Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with community partners, vendors, and sponsors to build a network of support for our events Create and foster relationships with area providers and support organizations Manage the design, inventory, and distribution of Julie Billiart Schools-branded materials Support Department of Admissions, Advancement, Human Resources and Network-wide initiatives Identify and understand target audiences in order to create effective communication and marketing campaigns Other duties as assigned by supervisor Requirements Education and Experience and Qualifications Required: 2-3 years of experience as a part of a marketing, communications or content team Experience with or willingness to learn Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, basic video editing skills and website management Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field required Skills & Abilities Manage multiple projects at once and prioritize tasks based on immediate level of need Precise attention to detail and ability to identify needs of the Network Must be able to work effectively as a team member and demonstrate flexibility Express strong initiative, vision and creativity Highly motivated self-starter who seeks opportunities to collaborate and enhance their professional knowledgebase Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to travel to community engagement events that may occur on evenings and weekends as required.
