We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team and manage the firm’s marketing initiatives across digital, print, and client communications. This role blends strategy, creativity, and execution—ideal for a candidate who thrives in a small team setting and enjoys taking ownership of multiple projects.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of marketing experience.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) and their content tools.
  • Proficiency in video editing (YouTube, social media reels/shorts).
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools (Constant Contact or similar).
  • Experience managing content calendars and coordinating campaigns.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and website content management.

PREFERRED SKILLS (BONUS)

  • Graphic design (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar).
  • Basic photography skills.
Responsibilities
  • Create, schedule, and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Record, edit, and repurpose video content into reels, shorts, and other engaging formats.
  • Develop and handle the monthly content calendar, ensuring consistent posting and alignment with firm goals.
  • Write and distribute monthly newsletters with firm updates, blogs, and resources.
  • Maintain and update the firm’s website, including blogs, glossary/FAQ pages, SEO, and team profiles.
  • Track analytics across platforms and provide monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Design and manage branded materials (social media graphics, letterheads, referral gifts, etc.).
  • Grow and manage the firm’s online presence, including engaging with LinkedIn connections and social media followers.
