POSITION SUMMARY

This position plays a key role in executing marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement and sales growth. This individual will support digital, in-store and community-based marketing efforts while ensuring brand consistency across all channels.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Assist the Marketing team in execution of all marketing initiatives.
  • Help maintain the master marketing campaign calendar.
  • Coordinate marketing communications, including (but not limited to) photoshoots, product photography, marketing collateral, and other marketing materials.
  • Work effectively with the merchandising team to select products for marketing purposes.
  • Support event marketing, including grand openings, community events, etc.
  • Assist with social media content as needed.
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Performs other tasks or projects as assigned.
