Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the marketing efforts for these two vibrant venues.
You will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies that attract and engage our target audiences, ensuring both venues continue to thrive, as well as creating high quality & engaging content for each venue.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Organic Social Media Management: Develop and manage engaging social media content across various platforms to enhance brand presence.
  • Content Creation: Capture and generate high-quality in-venue content (video and photography) that showcases the unique experiences at both venues.
  • Marketing Calendar: Create and maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution of all marketing activities.
  • Marketing Briefs: Develop detailed marketing briefs and communicate upcoming activities to all relevant staff and stakeholders.
  • Creative Campaign Management: Collaborate with our design agency to produce creative materials for marketing campaigns.
  • Digital Collaboration: Work alongside a digital specialist responsible for all online advertising efforts.
  • Trends: analyse and interpret current current and trends and customer preferences.
  • Website Updates: Regularly update venue websites with information on upcoming events and promotions.
  • Strategy Development: Partner with the head office marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Direct Marketing: Execute direct marketing campaigns including eDMs and print campaigns.
  • POS and Signage Management: Oversee the creation and placement of all point-of-sale materials and signage within the venues.
  • Market Research: Undertake market research to identify market opportunities for new and existing goods and services.
