Overview Marketing Specialist, Korea (Location: Seoul) -Contract THE POSITION The Marketing Specialist supports the planning and execution of marketing activities for Cordis Korea across Cardiology and Endovascular portfolios. Working closely with the Marketing team, sales organization, and partner functions, you will help build and execute local marketing plans, deepen market and customer understanding, and support field teams with product education. This is an entry-level role designed to develop a marketing professional in the medical device industry, with hands-on exposure to product marketing, sales enablement, customer engagement, and performance reporting. Responsibilities RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Marketing Programs & Events Coordinate ProfEd / physician education events, seminars, and workshops Manage domestic & international congress participation — schedules, logistics, attendee lists, vendors Liaise with agencies, venues, and external partners; maintain KMDIA compliance records Marketing Operations & Administration Support vendor onboarding, purchase requests (PR), and quotation collection Track marketing budgets/expenses; coordinate invoice and payments with Finance Manage product sample inventory and file archives; keep documentation audit ready Product Marketing Support Maintain brochures, sales aids, and promotional materials; coordinate revisions with vendors Responding to Sales team requests for product materials and information Manage QRA-approved product files and support product launch activities Reporting & Performance Tracking Update KPI dashboards and activity trackers Prepare monthly marketing reports and presentations Track campaign execution and performance metrics; maintain reporting archives Market Intelligence Support Track competitor activity, market developments, and congress updates Monitor relevant medical / scientific news Prepare internal news summaries and market updates Cross-Functional Coordination Coordinate communication and follow up on action items and project timelines Support process improvement and SOP / operational documentation Provide ad hoc support for commercial initiatives Qualifications KEY EXPERIENCES / REQUIREMENTS: 0–3 years of experience (Entry Level applicants are welcome). Strong MS Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint in particular). Business-level English (written and verbal). Commercial administrative experience in the healthcare industry preferred. Firm commitment to timelines, strong sense of urgency, and team spirit. Focus on continuous improvement and action.
