HOURS: MONDAY TO FRIDAY 37.5 HOURS

We are looking for a proactive, hands-on Marketing Specialist to drive brand awareness across the UK. Your mission will be to put Kramp front-of-mind for our target audiences — from end users to our dealer network — using products, campaigns, and compelling content to tell our story and grow our market presence.
In this fast-paced role, you will balance long-term brand-building with day-to-day marketing delivery. You will collaborate closely with our global marketing team to deliver group-wide marketing campaigns, while ensuring they are adapted and localised for maximum relevance and impact in the UK market. You will also support our external sales team, helping them strengthen relationships with customers and drive activity in dealerships, as well as on our dealer-inclusive online platform.

ABOUT US

At Kramp, we keep farmers moving. As Europe’s leading agricultural wholesaler, we supply over 500,000 products to agricultural, forest & grass care, and construction businesses. Across Europe, the Kramp Group delivers over £1 billion in turnover each year. Our online business is growing rapidly, and we lead the market thanks to our next-day delivery service. We understand that when a part breaks in the field, farmers need it immediately — delays can mean losing valuable time to weather conditions and risking British food production.
We meet this challenge through a network of over 3,000 knowledgeable dealers who sell directly to farmers, supported by our innovative online platform. This allows end users to order parts from their dealer — even from the middle of a field — using the Kramp app on their phone, ensuring they get the right part, fast. Our combination of speed, service, and expertise keeps the wheels of UK agriculture turning.
Thanks to our ambitions we are active throughout Europe and have a leading position in the agricultural market for parts. We heavily invest in E-Business and innovations. Our aim is to make it easy for our customers to run their businesses. Working at Kramp means working with over 3500 international colleagues. The people at Kramp are enthusiastic, professional and involved. We speak our customers’ language, understand their challenges and earn their trust to exceed their expectations. Our promise “It’s that easy” is embedded in our culture and DNA.
