Who We’re Looking For: As a key member of the team, the Marketing Specialist supports the Australian and Asian markets across the business portfolios to ensure the execution of marketing plans. They ensure the sales teams have the tools, collateral, campaigns, and programs that generate demand and enable successful marketing and selling. The role is also responsible for shows and events, including conferences, courses, customer, and sales events. About the Role Support the development and implementation of marketing strategy by product, and partner with the global marketing team to set up and execute campaigns. Produce, localise, and edit marketing collateral across print, audiovisual, social media, website, and digital channels, ensuring consistent use of the Laborie brand. Plan and execute shows and events, including conferences, courses, symposia, and sales meetings, while monitoring expenses within budget. Drive digital marketing campaigns through emails, landing pages, and backend automation, and evaluate digital lead generation techniques at events. Conduct market research with marketing and sales leads to identify industry trends and competitor activity, and act as the focal point for market expertise. Support sales enablement by keeping collateral up to date, managing pricing in Laborie systems, and creating dashboards that provide insights for the commercial organisation. Measure and report the performance of marketing campaigns against ROI and KPIs, and liaise with external agencies to ensure successful delivery.
