Lashbrook is seeking a full-time Marketing Specialist to work in our Draper location. This is a dream job for someone who wants to design campaigns, has marketing talent, loves social media and wants to be the face and voice of a company’s social media campaigns. The Marketing Strategic and Tactical role is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and tactics to drive business growth, enhance brand awareness, and achieve marketing objectives. This position requires a combination of strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and hands-on execution to deliver effective marketing campaigns and initiatives. Pay is $20-25/hr DOE. Key Responsibilities: Social Media: Spend part of everyday developing and posting content to our social media platforms. Develop campaigns that highlight the unique experience that Lashbrook brings to the jewelry industry and to individuals wanting to create custom jewelry pieces. Develop Marketing Strategies: Define marketing objectives, target audience, and positioning strategies for different product lines or campaigns. Execute Marketing Tactics: Create marketing plans, outlining tactics, channels, and campaigns to achieve strategic objectives. Implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, events, and PR. Create and manage content for marketing collateral, website, blogs, and other digital platforms. Brand Management: Ensure brand compliance in all marketing communications and materials. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales teams to develop marketing materials and sales enablement tools. Work closely with product management to understand product features, benefits, and value propositions. Qualifications: Strong understanding of marketing principles, tactics, and best practices. Familiarity with digital marketing, social media platforms, and analytics tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
