POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist & Lead Generation Expert with ideally 3–4 years of experience to join our New Jersey office. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, analytical, and passionate about driving business growth through marketing campaigns and lead generation strategies. You will play a key role in increasing brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales pipeline through targeted outreach and campaigns.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Ideally 3–4 years of professional marketing and lead generation experience, B2B, for industrial/manufacturing setting, preferably with experience in pharma, nutra/supplements, food, and cosmetics or other related industries
Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and email automation platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Willingness and an eagerness to learn about Sigachi’s portfolio of products and business verticals.
Must be local to New Jersey and able to work on-site, full-time in our New Jersey office.

Execute B2B marketing strategies tailored to the targeted industries with a focus on excipients and cellulose based ingredients
Responsible for cold-calling and outreach to generate interest and qualified leads
Generate high-quality leads through digital campaigns, email marketing, trade shows, and industry-specific outreach
Responsible for the coordination and management of all trade show activities throughout the year
Travel is required for all trade shows and conferences, average of two shows per month. Approximately 40-50% of travel time is required
Work closely with the sales team to qualify leads and ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales goals
Utilize CRM system for tracking leads and campaign performance.
