JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a camera-friendly, social media-savvy Marketing Specialist with strong local knowledge to help us grow our brand presence both online and in the Windsor-Essex region. The ideal candidate is passionate about marketing, enjoys creating engaging content, and has the ability to connect with customers in-store and online.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid driver’s license (local travel may be required)
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
• Strong camera presence and communication skills
• Must be local to Windsor-Essex with good knowledge of the area
• Marketing, sales, or social media experience preferred
• Knowledge of hot tubs and pool tables is a strong asset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase sales of hot tubs and pool tables
• Create engaging video content for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
• Be comfortable on camera (product demos, store promotions, customer highlights)
• Manage social media accounts, respond to customer inquiries, and run promotions
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive in-store and online traffic
• Represent the company at local events and promotions
• Track performance of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
