About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in planning and executing marketing strategies, with a strong emphasis on customer retention, upsell and onboarding.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans for customer onboarding and retention.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create compelling materials to drive usage
  • Developing and executing upsell strategies through targeted email campaigns, follow-up communications, and nurturing initiatives.
  • Analyzing campaign performance metrics, and provide insights to optimize future marketing efforts.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event marketing and lead generation.
  • Contributing to the overall marketing strategy and initiatives to support business growth.

Requirements:

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Have impressive experience in event marketing and/or lead generation roles.
  • Display excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have great project management and organizational abilities.
  • Be proficient in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Have an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Have creativity and problem-solving skills.
  • Be able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
