POSITION SUMMARY

LGMG is a leading Mobile Elevating Work Platform (MEWP) Manufacturer with successful operations around the world. We are currently seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record and experience in managing marketing activities, trade shows, social media, working with industry publications, preferably related to the MEWP industry, and will be familiar with the product. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the organization’s marketing activities, developing and executing marketing campaigns to gain brand publicity. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments, and the capability to manage several projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. The candidate should demonstrate a willingness to learn about LGMG products and effectively communicate their benefits in marketing collateral.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field.
· A minimum of 3 or more years of marketing experience (digital and traditional) in a corporate or agency environment.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
· Knowledgeable in different CRM and CMS software.
· Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
· Experience using analytics software.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
· Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
· Highly organized and detail-oriented.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Solid experience in mobile-elevated work platform (MEWP) or aerial-work platform (AWP)

    Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

· Manage the LGMG social media accounts; develop content and keep brand consistency.
· Support the creation, development, updating, scheduling, distribution, and tracking of marketing collateral, including sales sheets, spec sheets, brochures, photos, videos, presentations, and more, to support sales team efforts for customers.
· Support in the planning and execution of industry trade shows and open houses, including logistics, pre-, at-, and post-show marketing communications and reporting.
· Support public relations efforts to identify and deliver press releases, articles, white papers, case studies, and interviews.
· Assist in effective marketing campaigns, promoting brand awareness through marketing efforts.
· Assist with purchasing and managing company merchandise.
· Support the LGMG North America’s website
· Evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve target goals.
· Maintain consistent brand standards across individual product brands in all mediums, including but not limited to print, digital, documentation, machinery, and apparel.
· Participate in the marketing budget development and ensure proper implementation of activities and spending
· Collaborate with internal teams across multiple departments to ensure marketing efforts align with the overall business objectives.
· Demonstrate strong project management skills, including the ability to track and manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure deliverables are met on schedule.
· Communicating and collaborating with the LGMG China marketing team.
· Work well with cross-functional stakeholders, proactively seeking input, information, and approvals to move projects forward.
· Assist with administrative marketing tasks, ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day activities in areas such as marketing collateral updates, trade show coordination, social media scheduling, and related support functions.
· Other duties assigned by LGMG from time to time.
