POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns targeted towards the European student market. This role is based in our Surfers Paradise office and will involve close collaboration with partner institutions, student communities, and international networks.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • At least three years of professional experience in marketing, preferably with international or education-related exposure.
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, analytics, and social media management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in a European language (e.g. German, French, Spanish, or Italian) will be highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt strategies to diverse cultural contexts.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to monitor, report, and optimise marketing performance.
Responsibilities
  • Market Research & Strategy
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, student demographics, and competitors in Europe.
  • Develop tailored marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence in European markets.
  • Campaign Development
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels (social media, SEO/SEM, email, events).
  • Adapt promotional materials to appeal to European audiences, considering cultural and linguistic nuances.
  • Partnerships & Engagement
  • Build and maintain relationships with European education consultants, schools, and institutions.
  • Support participation in student fairs, information sessions, and online events targeting European markets.
  • Performance & Reporting
  • Analyse marketing campaign performance using KPIs and analytics tools.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve reach and conversion in European regions.
