Your job is to turn robots, real customer sites and real numbers into content and campaigns that generate qualified leads for our sales team.

You will plan the strategy and create the content yourself, from first draft to filming, editing and publishing. This is a part time role of 1 to 2 days a week, based in our Melbourne office, working side by side with the sales team, with time on customer sites to capture content.

What you will do- Build and own the marketing strategy and quarterly plan across LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram- Plan and run a monthly content calendar for organic content across all three channels- Draft, film, edit and publish all of your own content, including posts, carousels, short form video and photography- Build, launch and optimise paid campaigns in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager, focused on quality B2B leads- Use AI tools to speed up research, copywriting, design and video production- Track performance and report monthly on cost per lead, engagement and what is working, with clear recommendations- Work closely with the sales team so marketing supports real conversations and deals

  • About you- Proven B2B marketing experience. We need someone who knows how to market to businesses, not just consumers- Hands on experience running paid campaigns in both LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager- Experience building a marketing strategy and plan, and then delivering it- Confident creating your own content end to end: drafting, filming, editing and publishing- Confident using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney or similar in your daily workflow- A natural storyteller with sharp, plain English copywriting- Creative eye, with design skills in Canva, Figma or Adobe, and video editing in CapCut, Premiere or similar- Organised and self managing, able to deliver a lot in limited days- Able to work from our Melbourne office on your working days
