Description:
Role Overview: As a Marketing Specialist, you will be an integral part of our marketing team, driving the execution of marketing strategies across various channels. You will handle a broad range of tasks that involve planning and executing campaigns, conducting research, and organizing promotions and events, ensuring our marketing efforts align with business goals.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in marketing, with a broad understanding of campaign planning, market research, promotions, and event coordination.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, marketing automation software, analytics tools).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering results.

Responsibilities:
- Campaign Planning: Assist in the creation, execution, and management of marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives and audience needs.
- Market Research: Conduct research to gather insights on industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
- Promotions & Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate promotional activities and events to boost brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
- Content Support: Collaborate with internal teams to create and curate marketing content, ensuring it aligns with campaign objectives.
- Budget & Resource Management: Assist in managing marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution of campaigns and events.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as sales, product, and creative teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Track the performance of campaigns and activities, providing regular reports and insights to optimize future marketing efforts.
