RESPONSIBILITIES
Developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business growth in the caravan industry. This role involves content creation, advertising strategy, website management, market analysis, and the design of both digital and traditional marketing campaigns. The Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in identifying market opportunities and advising on strategies to promote our products and services effectively.
MAIN DUTIES
· Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with sales objectives to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement across all digital and traditional channels.
· Advise management on marketing and advertising strategies to reach target markets and promote the company’s goods and services effectively.
· Develop engaging and relevant content for the company’s website, social media platforms, blog, email marketing, and other digital channels to promote caravan products, services, and special offers.
· Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer preferences, and industry trends, and use the insights to refine marketing strategies.
· Develop and enforce strict branding guidelines across all marketing materials, ensuring consistency in design, messaging, and tone across digital and print platforms.
· Plan, execute, and monitor advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads, print) to support sales and promotional objectives.
· Work closely with other departments, including sales and customer service, as well as external partners (e.g., campgrounds, outdoor gear brands) to create joint marketing initiatives and cross-promotions within time and budget constraints.
· Track, analyze, and report on advertising performance across digital channels, making recommendations for improvements.
