Job Description:
Melgrand is seeking a highly skilled and organized Marketing Specialist to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for architecture, design, and branding, and will help drive marketing initiatives to position our brand as a leader in the architectural manufacturing space. This role involves content creation, campaign management, digital marketing, and close collaboration with our sales, design, and product teams.

Personal Skills:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Portuguese
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns that promote products, services, and brand awareness.
  • Create engaging content for digital platforms including website, email, social media, case studies, and product brochures.
  • Coordinate and maintain the company’s website, ensuring it reflects current product offerings and design standards.
  • Commissions and undertakes market research to identify market opportunities for new and existing products and services
  • Collects and analyses data to research potential demand and market characteristics for new goods and services
  • Supports business growth and development through the preparation and execution of marketing objectives, policies and programs
  • Advises on all elements of marketing, such as product mix, pricing, advertising and sales promotion, selling and distribution channels
  • Develop strategies to ensure the visibility of a brand and maintain the brand’s identity

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in marketing or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of work experience
  • Proficiency in advanced MS Office tools, particularly in managing complex data and design documents
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics
  • Australia/New Zealand Permanent Residents only
