主要职责

  • 关注澳洲移民、教育政策及行业动态,分析目标市场、客户需求及竞争环境
  • 负责小红书和微信公众号的内容策划与日常运营, 使用Canva、剪映或其他修图和剪辑工具,优化社交媒体及推广内容的视觉效果

CORE REQUIREMENTS

Responsibilities
  • Monitor Australian immigration and education policies, industry trends, and market dynamics; analyze target markets, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
  • Manage content planning and daily operations for Rednote and WeChat Official Account, enhance the visual quality of social media and promotional materials using Canva, CapCut, or other design and editing tools.
  • Develop effective customer acquisition and conversion strategies, optimizing acquisition costs and performance; consolidate leads from various platforms, identify potential clients, and manage customer data through CRM systems; collaborate closely with the sales team to allocate resources effectively and track conversion sources.
  • Oversee brand development to enhance brand awareness and market influence, organize and execute promotional activities related to migration and education, such as offline campaigns, seminars, and open classes.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with educational institutions, migration agents, and real estate developers to integrate industry resources and drive business growth collaboratively.
