  2. At least 5 years of professional marketing experience.
  3. Proficiency with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, SEO/SEM platforms, and email automation tools.
  4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to create clear reports and optimisation insights.
  5. Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate across internal teams and external partners.
  6. Creative thinker with high attention to detail and awareness of the education industry and migration trends.
  7. Experience in education or international student marketing preferred.
  8. Bilingual ability is an advantage

Responsibilities

As a Marketing Specialist, you will undertake the following core responsibilities :
1. Support the development and execution of marketing objectives, policies, and plans to drive business growth and market share.
2. Conduct or commission market research to identify potential opportunities (e.g., new courses, target regions).
3. Planned and managed multi-channel marketing campaigns—including online, offline, social media, SEM/SEO, and email—to promote courses and the brand.
4. Analyse marketing metrics (e.g., lead conversion rates, advertising cost, ROI) and provide optimisation recommendations and reports.
5. Collaborate with external vendors and agencies, including design, ad platforms, and digital marketing partners.
6. Manage social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and SEO efforts to increase brand visibility and course inquiries.
7. Assist in pricing strategy, promotion planning, and distribution channel support to help the sales team meet targets.
