We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team at Mgadz. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive business growth. • Proven experience in client-facing roles – strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly
• ✅ Excellent pitching skills – confident in presenting proposals, services, and creative ideas to clients
• ✅ Native-level English communication – both spoken and written, with a clear and professional tone
• ✅ Team management experience – ability to lead, delegate, and coordinate small marketing or content teams
• ✅ Strong creative instincts – especially in content creation, campaign ideas, storytelling, and social media engagement
• ✅ Self-motivated & organized – able to manage multiple client relationships and internal projects simultaneously
• ✅ Bonus: Background in marketing, branding, or digital media strategy
• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong understanding of all social platforms and online sales strategies.
• Familiarity with videos/content creation and client facing.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage budgets effectively while maximizing ROI on marketing initiatives.
• Preparing pitch Decks.
