OUR ROLE

We’re seeking a driven and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team and support the activation and execution of marketing plans for the Moomin Arabia brand in the Swedish market. This role is crucial in expanding brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and fueling sales growth in a way that stays true to the charm of the Moomin world.

WHAT YOU’LL DO AT MOOMIN ARABIA

Responsibilities:

  • Drive brand campaigns that resonate with our target audience and hit key market goals.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with retail and wholesale objectives.
  • Lead local customer engagement through CRM, newsletters, and events, bringing the Moomin Arabia brand to life.
  • Collaborate with the central marketing team, providing insights to enhance market relevance and supporting the sales team.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize CRM-driven sales activities to boost brand performance.
  • Partner with the local wholesale team, overseeing POS materials, activations, and inventory.
  • Manage retail-specific activities, in-store events, and promotions to maximize impact.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of major activations and events, creating memorable customer experiences.
  • Support the sales team during product launches and assist with customer inquiries.
  • Manage the brand budget with a focus on maximizing ROI and achieving both short-term and long-term goals.
  • Distribute localized content across channels to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Ensure brand consistency by proofreading and overseeing marketing materials across all touchpoints.
  • Proactively seek and act on opportunities to enhance brand awareness and sales.
