QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years of relevant marketing, brand, or communications experience.

Responsibilities:
THE TEAM & ROLE
Our Marketing team is the pulse of our brand. We love solving challenges, sharing unforgettable stories, creating the vibe beyond our 4 walls and of course enjoying delicious food and refreshing drinks. We need a leader to manage national brand initiatives, including menu features, brand campaigns and liquor partnerships.
Reporting to the Sr. Marketing Manager for Canada, this role will be responsible for the management and execution of our innovative integrated marketing campaigns and partnerships. If you’re a hyper organized project owner, natural born storyteller, demonstrate a strong desire to grow your marketing chops, and are comfortable with a fast-paced working environment, then we’re looking for you to join the Moxies Marketing team. We’re looking for a marketer who thrives on growth to bring a fresh perspective to our Moxies team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the National Marketing Campaign Calendar across the Canadian market.
- Working closely with Sr. Manager to develop marketing briefs, media buy briefs, channel plans, workback schedules, copy and creative input across master brand and seasonal campaigns.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders internally (brand leaders, GM’s, Director of Operations, Culinary, Franchisees) to ensure adequate planning, execution and monitoring of marketing activities.
- Work in partnership with external agencies and key alcohol partners to execute campaigns and projects.
- Lead the project management and execution of integrated marketing campaigns with cross-functional marketing teams (i.e. Email, Social, Website, Digital, Menus) and agencies to bring brief from concept to final execution.
- Execute initiatives to reach the Moxies target audience through appropriate channels (social, digital, email, in store, etc.)
- Pitch new ideas to ensure relevance and top-of-mind awareness of the Brand to both current and new consumers.
- Create succinct post reports, including marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, etc.) to optimize future campaigns and strategies.
- Support coordination and management of the fiscal budget for all national initiatives, including monthly reconciliation and invoice processing to ensure we stay within budget.
