We are expanding our team and seeking a Marketing Specialist to strengthen our brand presence and support our growth.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally within healthcare, community services, or professional services.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently.
  • Knowledge of the disability or aged care sector will be highly regarded but not essential.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase awareness of our services, attract new participants, and build strong relationships with stakeholders. This role requires hands-on execution across digital, print, and community marketing initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan, develop, and deliver marketing campaigns across digital channels (website, SEO, social media, email) and traditional media.
  • Create engaging content tailored to participants, families, and referral partners.
  • Coordinate community outreach activities and events to promote My Carers’ services.
  • Analyse campaign performance and prepare regular reports on marketing effectiveness.
  • Manage the organisation’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategy.
  • Collaborate with the Directors and operational team to align marketing with business goals.
