ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who will play a key role in planning and executing strategic digital marketing initiatives. This is a critical role that supports our international digital marketing efforts, drives campaigns, and contributes to generating online revenue.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies with a strong focus on driving online sales and increasing website traffic
  • Manage end-to-end eCommerce marketing campaigns, including product launches, seasonal promotions, and performance ads
  • Optimize digital advertising across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and YouTube to maximise ROI
  • Conduct detailed market and competitor analysis to inform campaign planning and uncover new sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create high-converting content for digital channels, including website, email, and social media
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign and website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO tools
  • Grow and engage our social media audience to support brand awareness and traffic goals
  • Continuously test and refine strategies to improve conversion rates and overall digital revenue performance
