This role will play a key part in expanding our client base, enhancing our brand visibility, and ensuring Noble Built continues to be recognised as a trusted name in South Australia’s construction industry.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Noble Built’s projects and services, including digital marketing, social media campaigns, and traditional advertising.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, target audiences, and competitor activities, providing actionable insights for business growth.
  • Manage and enhance the company’s brand image through consistent communication, promotional materials, and client engagement initiatives.
  • Support project launches, open homes, exhibitions, and promotional events to attract potential buyers and strengthen client relationships.
  • Collaborate with management to align marketing strategies with overall business goals, ensuring strong market positioning.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance, preparing reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, advertising agencies, and media outlets.
  • Explore new marketing opportunities, including bilingual and multicultural campaigns, to better connect with South Australia’s diverse client base.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, CANDIDATES SHOULD DEMONSTRATE:

  1. Minimum three years’ experience in a marketing role, preferably within construction, real estate, property development, or related industries.
  2. Sound experience in event coordination, promotional activities, and community or client engagement.
  3. Strong skills in digital marketing, including social media management, content creation, and campaign analysis.
  4. Ability to develop marketing materials and coordinate with design teams to ensure brand consistency.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive client and partner relationships.
  6. Strong organizational skills and flexibility to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  7. Bilingual or multicultural marketing experience will be considered an advantage.

    Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
