EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or similar role.
  • Portfolio showcasing creative social media campaigns and content.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools and video editing software.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills for crafting captions, posts, and replies.
  • Creativity & Innovation:
  • Ability to think outside the box and develop fresh, engaging content ideas.
  • Organization:
  • Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)

  • Social Media Marketing:
  • Lead generations and SEO Optimization
  • Community Management:
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across platforms promptly and professionally.
  • Foster engagement by initiating conversations and encouraging interactions.
  • Analytics & Reporting :
  • Track, analyze, and report on content performance using analytics tools.
  • Use insights to optimize future campaigns and improve engagement rates.
  • Trend Research:
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to incorporate trending topics and formats into our strategy.
  • Collaboration & Competitors Management:
  • Work closely with photographers, designers, and other team members to produce cohesive content.
  • Coordinate with other departments for cross-promotional initiatives
