The Marketing Specialist’s primary role is to help lead and execute Novarad’s marketing strategy — from campaign planning to event execution. This person will play a key role in developing multi-channel campaigns that generate qualified leads, strengthen our brand, and support our sales goals. You’ll join a small, highly collaborative marketing team that works closely across departments. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, hands-on, and eager to take ownership of projects while working closely with peers to move initiatives forward. Competitive salary with generous PTO Health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurances HSA option with dollar-for-dollar match 401k with dollar-for-dollar match Wellness program Local candidates only – office is in Provo, UT Sundance corporate passes What You’ll Do • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation. • Plan, organize, and manage trade shows and industry events, including logistics, vendor coordination, and lead follow-up. • Work cross-functionally with the sales team to ensure all marketing efforts align with lead generation and revenue goals. • Manage HubSpot marketing automation, including email workflows, lead scoring, campaign setup, and reporting. • Collaborate with external vendors and agencies on digital advertising and media strategies. • Help manage and execute email campaigns, direct mail, and LinkedIn social media initiatives. • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to identify opportunities for optimization. • Work collaboratively within the marketing team to brainstorm, plan, and execute creative and effective marketing tactics. Requirements What You Will Bring: Skills and Competencies- • Strong understanding of marketing strategy, campaign development, and lead generation. • Experience managing trade shows and event marketing from start to finish. • Proficiency in HubSpot required (automation, CRM integration, workflows, and reporting). • Ability to analyze marketing data, create insights, and provide monthly and quarterly reporting. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills — we’re a tight-knit, team-driven group that values shared ideas and creative problem-solving. • Familiarity with the healthcare industry or eagerness to learn it. • Experience with WordPress or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus. Education and Experience 3-5+ years of experience in marketing strategy, campaign management, or event marketing. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Marketing or Communications.
