Description

Caroline Springs Montessori, an early learning centre with strong focus on quality multicultural inclusivity, is seeking a full-time Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. 

To be successful in this role you must:

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Have at least one year of experience in marketing.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical abilities to assess market demand, customer behaviour, and industry trends.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Analyse market demand, industry trends, and client behaviour patterns to guide service positioning, pricing, and promotional strategies.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring consistent brand presentation and alignment with company objectives.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients while identifying potential new opportunities for business expansion.
  • Reinforce the company’s commitment to quality education and excellent customer service through all marketing activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
