MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of strong experience in Marketing, especially in Trade Marketing
• Having good B2B and B2C understanding, but with more of a focus on B2B
• Extensive experience of managing relations with external partners (agencies)
• Outstanding presentation skills
• Project management experience/ participation – we work on multiple projects at the same time
• Collaborative style, willingness to learn, ability to cope in agile environment
• Very good English, fluent Hungarian
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing or business is preferred

We are looking for experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team in Hungary.

As Marketing Specialist, you will be working very closely with the sales department, preparing and conducting the marketing activities in close cooperation with the marketing team of Hungary, CEE and headquarters.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with key accounts and represent EssilorLuxottica at trade events, promoting our diverse lens brands
• Tailor global strategies into local action plans, including PR, media, and promotional campaigns
• Lead portfolio development, pricing strategies, and promotions to drive growth
• Create trade activation initiatives that support sales and empower eyecare professionals
• Track performance metrics and manage budgets to ensure ROI
• Build strong customer relationships, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction
