Description Patton Creative Group is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support and execute marketing initiatives for our clients within the faith and mission-driven space. This role has an emphasis on hands-on execution, including content creation, campaign management, and marketing strategy, and plays a key role in driving brand growth and engagement. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, enjoys collaborating with cross-functional internal teams, and communicates effectively with external stakeholders. Requirements Serve as the day-to-day contact for our clients, and collaborate with stakeholders to align marketing strategy with business goals Create, edit, and manage content marketing assets while maintaining consistent brand voice and messaging Plan and execute campaigns across digital channels including email, paid media, SEO, websites, and social platforms Contribute creative ideas and strategic recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and brand visibility Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using insights to optimize future marketing efforts Support brand management and market expansion across multiple industries and platforms Partner with internal team and leadership to ensure quality and timely execution of deliverables Manage timelines, tasks, and communication across multiple projects Knowledge / Skills At least 2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or client-facing marketing role Comfortable working with faith-based organizations Proficiency in: Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Advertising, Mailchimp, Squarespace, WordPress, YouTube Studio, Canva Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and paid media Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills Core Competencies Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management Adept at working independently and in a collaborative team setting Flexibility to adapt to a rapidly changing industry Additional Information This role occasionally requires flexibility outside of standard business hours to support client events, content shoots, or time-sensitive campaigns.
