This role leads end‑to‑end marketing campaigns and projects, ensuring customer‑focused, on‑brand execution across channels. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, manage timelines and budgets, optimise performance through insights, and support key initiatives including but not limited to, Petstock Foundation, Petstock Vet and Services & Partnerships.



What you will be driving

  • Lead the development and execution of innovative, customer‑first marketing campaigns that drive sales and/or achieve KPIs across your brand portfolio.
  • Champion the end‑to‑end customer experience, ensuring all activity reflects customer‑first thinking.
  • Plan and manage campaign timelines, budgets, and channel strategies, ensuring effective delivery across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and agencies to deliver cohesive, on‑brand campaigns within budget.
  • Analyse campaign performance and lead post‑campaign reviews, using insights to drive continuous improvement and future ROI.


Your Opportunity to Shine

  • Degree in Marketing with 3+ years' experience in a Marketing role
  • Experience across traditional and digital marketing channels
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, stakeholder engagement)
  • Ability to prioritise and manage conflicting priorities
  • Cross‑functional collaboration and agency management experience
  • Analytical and problem‑solving skills
