QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing, content strategy,

email marketing or a related digital marketing role

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a

related field will be an advantage

  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills; strong attention to detail and brand

consistency

  • Strong time management and prioritization skills — able to handle multiple

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a creative, data-aware, and self-drive Marketing Specialist to join our
growing team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of our brand voice and storytelling
across social media, email campaigns, community channels, and more. This is a 3 month
contract position with potential to convert into a full-time role based on performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and execute our organic social media strategy, identifying trends and

creating engaging, on-brand content

  • Manage daily operations across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin

Reddit, etc.), including posting, monitoring, responding to inquiries, and nurturing

community growth

  • Operate and moderate our Facebook community, ensuring consistent tone,

engagement, and customer support

  • Plan and manage content calendars to align with product launches, promotions,

and seasonal campaigns

  • Write and edit copy for multi-channel marketing materials: blog posts,

newsletters, Facebook posts, video scripts, etc.

  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging trends, product

opportunities, and consumer behavior insights

  • Own and support email marketing campaigns, from copy to analytics (experience

with Constant Contact)

  • Engage with customers to collect feedback and reviews, improving the overall

user experience

  • Assist in driving our Review Generation Program through strong project

coordination and strategic planning to improve ratings across platforms

  • Analyze performance metrics across social channels and provide monthly

reporting with actionable recommendations
