POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of online advertising and experience in developing digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and results. You’ll manage client accounts, implement campaigns, and align efforts with client missions.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in Google Ads, social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube), and email marketing.
  • Advertising & PPC Knowledge: Strong understanding of SEM, PPC campaigns, Google Ads auction mechanics, keyword research, and bidding strategies.
  • Budget & Campaign Management: Experience managing ad budgets and optimizing for ROI across platforms.
  • Social Media & Content Creation: Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • SEO & CRO: Solid understanding of SEO best practices and conversion rate optimization.
  • CRM & Email Marketing: Experience with CRM tools and email platforms for nurturing campaigns.
  • Automation & Analytics: Familiarity with Google Analytics and marketing automation tools.
  • Strategic Vision & Communication: Ability to develop and communicate marketing strategies effectively.
  • Detail-Oriented & Project Management: Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
  • Creativity & Innovation: Creative mindset for developing unique marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

1) Google Ads and Bing Ads Management

  • Design and manage Google Search Ads & Bing Ads to boost visibility and conversions.
  • Use AI tools to optimize account performance and maximize ROI.
  • Implement Display and Shopping Ads as needed and execute remarketing strategies.
  • Coordinate with clients on campaign performance and suggest improvements.

2) Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Campaign Management

  • Structure campaigns logically, segmenting by objective, audience, or product/service.

3) Analytics and Reporting

  • Use Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and GA4 to track and report campaign performance.
  • Implement tracking codes and manage tags to ensure data accuracy.
  • Use data insights to refine strategies and optimize user experiences.

4) Email Marketing

  • Plan and execute strategic email marketing campaigns tailored to client needs.
  • Implement strategies to engage audiences and drive conversions.

5) SEO and Content Marketing

  • Enhance organic reach using SEO best practices.
  • Develop content strategies (blogs, whitepapers) for inbound marketing.
  • Conduct SEO audits and keyword research to improve rankings.

6) Social Media Ads & Organic Social Media Management

  • Manage paid ads and campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Develop strategies to strengthen clients’ online presence and promote their missions.

7) Campaign Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track key metrics (impressions, clicks, CPA, ROAS) and make data-driven recommendations.

8) Client Engagement

  • Engage with clients to answer questions and provide guidance on marketing strategies.
